In the event of loss or damage in the course of delivery caused by aust post , Funky Letters is not responsible to replace item, if the item was damaged during unpacking, we will not replace item. you will need to remove carefully,we do pack them extremely well and secure so we recommend using a blade to remove the item from the box to avoid breaking it, you can select the insurance option which will cover the item during transit with aust post, in the event of any damage done during this time, aust post will assess the item via a photograph which must be produced within 2 days of receiving your parcel if it is insured,, In the event of loss or damage after delivery to the nominated address, the Seller shall have no further liability. in the event of claiming insurance it will need to be done with in 3 days of receiving your item after this time no claims can be made, We will not refund or exchange personalised items, so please do not ask.:)
if you give us the incorrect address on your order form we will resend it at your cost. if you dont agree to these terms please do not purchase from us thank you
If an item is spelt incorrectly on your order form, and we have already made the item, the replacement will be paid by you. this includes not using capitol letters where required, Unless it is our mistake then we will replace item. if you don't like a letter in one of the fonts and we have already made the item, the item will be remade at your charge so look at each letter in the fonts section to be sure you are happy with the letters, Once the item is in your possession it is no longer our responsibility. we don't replace an item because you don't like the look of the letters, we have lots of examples available for you to look at, and all the fonts we do, so please take the time to choose,
Some of the Scripts do Vary from what is on the script preveiwer this is due to us having to adjust some letters for free standing and some of the letters are lower case and we have changed them, All our signs are unpainted unless stated otherwise, sizes are approx, and can vary as they are customised to each order, All signs are made to order and are custom made we cannot guarantee they will match previous orders,

Wholesellers: All products purchased through us are our intellectual Property and come under the copyright act of Aust , you cannot take any of our designs or work to other manufacturers to be made for you, You have signed a binding contract to purchase our products not your products.
